I visited this location today and had a deeply upsetting experience. I ordered a sandwich for my 7-year-old daughter, and while she was eating, she started choking a bit needed some water. I immediately hurried to the counter and politely asked for a cup of water. Instead of showing any sense of urgency or basic human empathy for a child in distress, a staff member named ARIEL flatly told me: "Yes, once I'm done with this line but i was in line—there are 3 people behind us—I will give you that water." This starbucks inside target sucks. Employees rude. Kills the whole vibe. Lose your appetite. Completely unprofessional. Will never return.
I frequent this Starbucks (in target) very often with my two toddlers and I have never had a bad experience. I’ve seen so many people treat them poorly, especially when they are busy - which is actually the time they should be given the most patience, grace, and gratitude..but, I’ve never seen an employee be anything but kind regardless.
