Worst experience! Definitely a negative-star review. If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I go to Starbucks all the time and have never had an experience this bad. The customer service at this location was horrible, and the drinks were just as bad. Extremely disappointing, and I definitely do not recommend this location. I won’t be coming back.
No mobile order and it takes an unusually long time for each person to order. The staff are more interested in chatting among themselves than taking orders.
This Starbucks is a great landmark to help you find the rental shop, and that’s about it. Eye-rolling, inattentive employees, lukewarm coffee, rubbery breakfast sandos & everything overpriced.
Worn and dirty. Coffee average and top hot to drink for a while. Wobbly tables so you can not avoid spilling your drinks. How does this chain survive. Totally crap.
