I went there the day before I left America (I live in germany) and the barista at the register called me pretty. They got my order right and were so nice and also patient every single time I went. :)
Veronica didn’t look at me, like Barista’s do at the outside Starbucks, when you ask for something specific. She said “let’s try it!” She put her own SUPER SECRET SPIN on the drink and it was HANDS DOWN the best frapp I’ve ever had! I called it V’s BB Sweet Cream Frap! Went yo Safeway in the store to get a Starbucks. The guy working there was not knowledgeable about how to make my or my husband drink, which was a simple latte. The lady before me Was returning her Vente latte to get it fixed, and then I will next. Yes man took my order without writing anything down and then telling me he could remember because it was too detail. Then he started writing it down on the cup.
