Sunday Aug 9 at 2:05 pm. Waited 5 minutes to be waited on until I gave up and left. No one greeted me. For all I know I was invisible. Finally gave up and got coffee somewhere else.

I'm giving it one star because this is the second time I've ordered and they've delivered it however they want. My drink today was nothing like what I ordered and they didn't replace it.
HORRIFIED to drink a dead fly in my latte from this location! I thought I had drank a bunch of coffee grounds but it was a dead fly that could have only gotten in when the drink was made.
