Unfortunately, I didn't catch my barista's name, but I felt terrible for her, juggling drive-thru, mobile orders, and in-store sales alone, unlike her coworkers who were goofing off in the corner. Even with her doing all that she got my order made and correct!
This was my first time at this location. I placed my order in the app before I arrived. When I walked in I wasn't greeted like all the other locations I've frequent. I waited for more than 5 minutes before someone said anything to me. He asked my name then said there would be two orders in front of me. I wait another 15-20 minutes as he made at least 4 more orders (three for inside and one for the drive thru). This is THE best Starbucks! I only prefer this location to make my drinks. My drinks are always made correctly! I heart them!
