Some of the employees have very bad attitudes. It's like asking them to do something that's out of there job requirements and a few of them are just straight miserable. Now a few other employees are great. I come in here about 2 or 3 times a week but I think it's my last time coming in this Starbucks. I can understand everyone had a bad day but the same people everytime I come in there no way. I've talked to other customers and they say the same thing. It's customer service.
