I used to go to this Starbucks every day but now it’s “uplifted” to be completely nonfunctional. Does anyone in the corporate office ever go into a store? All of the individual tables are usually full and the large group tables are usually empty. What does that tell you about what people want? Louis was most kind heartened and empathetic person. The customer service is beyond, he gave water and ice while it was 🥵 hot. Starbucks outdoes itself by hiring people who show we are all humans. He showed me that and was an angel in disguise. Thank you for people like Louis that give Starbucks its coin name. He makes me come back there again and drink was amazing because of his thoughtfulness. I’m a door dasher driver that he assisted me and my order I picked upkudos
