This is the slowest Starbucks! If you order regular coffee, you have to wait for them to finish all the specialty drinks first! Why they can't turn around and pour your coffee after they take your money is beyond me!!!!
My location now for 15 years. I love them!
I placed a large order of 16-20 items, and the staff had the drinks ready on time and they are so friendly when you walk in. The store manager, Stephen, helped me carry drink trays to my vehicle to avoid me making multiple trips. Great management here. I highly recommend. Thank you Missouri City location!
First they charge over me over $20 and don’t want to accept my $50 bill. Then I send someone else for my coffee and the same cashier didn’t close the lid on my iced coffee properly that it spilled all over the car.
