Employees always get my order correct. They provide excellent customer service.
I don’t know who allowed them to build that drive thru. It’s clearly made illegally because everyday someone is about to hit someone there. They basically don’t have a drive thru and relying on the side pass by street. Law suit waiting to happen
Went to the drive thru, this was my second time and the 2 African girl were unprofessional snd rude. I asked through the drive thru for warm pastry and it was iced cold. They hv the excuse that it was cold outside. I ordered a hot drink and they didn't give a cover for it. It says warmed on the package but it was cold.
I ran in to pick up a mobile order for my supervisor. Of course, it was hot and ready. Very nice location, I noticed as browsed around briefly.
Horrible leadership & manager is conniving. Bean Here Coffee great better for the community
