I love the service here
This is my go to coffee location in Albany. The staff is always so friendly and provide great service. I typically order on line and go inside to pickup my order. The online ordering process is so easy and notifications are sent when your order is ready. The location was recently remodeled and always very clean.
I’ve been to this Starbucks about three times now, and each time I ordered the same thing—a Caramel Frappuccino. Simple, right? But every single time, it came out worse than the last. I don’t know what y’all have going on, but it’s like y’all are on a caramel shortage or just don’t care. Yesterday was my last straw. I was genuinely craving a real, classic Caramel Frappuccino. I normally come here and have amazing service. But today there was a lady who didn't even provide me with the correct amount of Boba. I felt really disappointed
