Worst Starbucks experience I’ve had in my life at the Smith’s center in West Point for employees stood around, laughing, joking. If I stood at the counter, didn’t even get an acknowledgment let alone an offer to take my order when I finally got somebody’s attention in order my coffee it took 10 minutes. I was the only customer there when my order was finished. They put the coffee on the counter without a thank you have a nice day or come again, Dutch Brothers beat some hands down
Literally found a screw in my drink. This is not a joke. I don’t even know how this could happen
It's so cute and comfy inside the shop and the coffee is decent. Though be warned it's really pricey...
