Got my order quickly and it was made exactly as ordered! The staff is friendly and fast! They were also very helpful in giving good recommendations and suggestions upon asking questions. Highly recommend this place if you get thirsty while shopping!

Worst Starbucks experience I’ve had in my life at the Smith’s center in West Point for employees stood around, laughing, joking. If I stood at the counter, didn’t even get an acknowledgment let alone an offer to take my order when I finally got somebody’s attention in order my coffee it took 10 minutes. I was the only customer there when my order was finished. They put the coffee on the counter without a thank you have a nice day or come again, Dutch Brothers beat some hands down
