They have the worst customer service ever. Not one acknowledgement of my presence while I was left waiting at the counter for over 20 minutes.
What is the attention schedule? I'm here and it's 10am and the employees are sitting and closed the premises.
Wow… mesha and meva (sp?) worst customer service ever. No smiles. No acknowledgment of my presence as they left me to wait at the counter for over 2 min. zero greeting. The Starbucks itself is inside a Kroger. It’s approx 4ftx8ft. No way they didn’t see me standing there. Then when she did acknowledge me, it was as though she couldn’t be bothered.
