I stop by this Valley Blvd Starbucks mostly for convenience. The drive-thru gets pretty backed up in the mornings. My iced coffee is usually fine, but the quality can be inconsistent when they are rushing. It gets too chaotic inside the relax, so i just grab and go. It's just okay.
I was very disappointed in the service. I ordered a cold brew with nondairy creamer. They called my name and it was this iced green slushie thing (maybe matcha?). I told them I ordered a cold brew and the server seemed confused and insisted the green drink was my order as if I didn’t know what I ordered. Normally I wouldn’t bother leaving a review but that was ridiculous.
Let’s make STARBUCKS great again! Without further ado, let’s begin this review. Starbucks (est 1971) is a coffee shop franchise located at the Hilton hotel in SGV. This location is very spacious with relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff and good service. Moreover, they do not accept the Starbucks app payment but can get star points.
