-1 for never having any dark roast available. Plus, this place doesn't participate in any of the special promotions. But otherwise, what they provide is nice. Standard quality. The decor is really nice! 我今天在这家星巴克的体验非常糟糕。本来我是带着 400 个星星去的，因为我想兑换一个免费的杯子，这是我一直攒着的。在其他星巴克门店从来没有遇到过任何问题。但是在这家，店员完全没有提前告知我这家店不允许这样兑换。态度非常敷衍，好像这是我应该自己知道的“特殊规定”，完全不给顾客清楚的解释。 更离谱的是，店员在没有经过我任何同意的情况下，直接擅自使用了我 200 个星星帮我兑换了一杯免费咖啡——完全不是我想要的！等我发现的时候已经来不及了，根本没法退。我感到非常沮丧和失望。这种做法既草率又不专业，说白了就是对顾客的不尊重。 从一开始服务态度就极差。没有人耐心解释政策，也没有人因为这个错误道歉。最后我只能满肚子气离开，感觉自己受骗和被敷衍。我在其他星巴克门店从来没有过这么差的体验——别的地方一直都很贴心、专业、友好。只有这家门店让我对星巴克这个品牌产生了不信任。 星巴克真的应该认真调查一下这家店的管理情况。顾客辛辛苦苦攒星星是为了享受奖励，而不是被误导、被强制兑换。以后我绝对不会再来这家门店，也强烈建议大家在来之前三思，如果你想要一个公平、被尊重的消费体验的话。

Overall is great, giving the luxury vibe, loving atmosphere, only thing that kind annoy is loud music, should be more chilling and lower volumn
