This is the biggest disappointment to see starbucks employee doesn’t admit they charge me wrong. I made a purchase for a tall coffee and when I checked out, I’ve noticed that it said it’s a price for grande. I told the Barista that they placed the order wrong and they said it was just the machine’s mistake. I went back to the Starbucks app to check again, and confirm that the bristra did made a mistake and charge me more for a grande instead of a tall drink price.
