This is the biggest disappointment to see starbucks employee doesn’t admit they charge me wrong. I made a purchase for a tall coffee and when I checked out, I’ve noticed that it said it’s a price for grande. I told the Barista that they placed the order wrong and they said it was just the machine’s mistake. I went back to the Starbucks app to check again, and confirm that the bristra did made a mistake and charge me more for a grande instead of a tall drink price. The service here is appalling. The baristas are expressionless, and the way they scrape chairs across the floor while cleaning is incredibly loud and annoying. They have zero consideration for the customers.
I stop by this Valley Blvd Starbucks mostly for convenience. The drive-thru gets pretty backed up in the mornings. My iced coffee is usually fine, but the quality can be inconsistent when they are rushing. It gets too chaotic inside the relax, so i just grab and go. It's just okay.
