I took my daughter to get coffee with me before we headed off to Pittsburgh for the day. We ordered two COFFEES, ending up receive lukewarm coffee flavored milk at best. Starbucks charges for two things; your soul and the coffee. We enjoy starbucks, but this location consistently makes errors with drinks and gives you something that could’ve been easily, and poorly made at home. Will not be returning.

I was sent a order to pickup at this location. The doors were locked, and no hours posted on the door. I went to the drive thru this was roughly 9:22 pm on 4/3/26, the guy spoke said they were closed that they closed at 9:00 when I stated that it was a door dash he repeated himself that they closed at 9:00. He refused to remake the drinks which was 7 drinks total, and refused to give out the order if it was already made.
