I did not eat anything just drinks. Great customer service, very friendly.
I was a customer at this location and needed to use the restroom, but the toilet was very dirty. Clean restrooms are part of a good customer experience. I hope management improves its cleaning.
Really wanted a hot drink with whip cream, ordered a white chocolate mocha with a extra shot and almond milk and advised the barista I wanted whip cream because they always assume that I don't want whip cream when ordering different milk. When I tasted it all I got was hot water, taste of the cup, and maybe a slight hint of espresso that I ordered and no whip cream whatsoever. The baristas are nice, that's the only thing they have going for them.
