This Starbucks is terrible. They regularly give me lukewarm coffee and then will try to gaslight me when I complain. I sent back a cold cup of brewed coffee, and the manager asked me if I tasted it because it couldn't possibly be cold. That's hardly the appropriate response, but I have received such more than once. I finally just stopped going. Also, the food is often stale or reheated, and the service is consistently slow. I drive miles out of my way to the other locations because this one is trash.
Workers here are super cool!
This is a good starbucks. Staff work hard.
