Heard the funniest shit right now - the staff said they can’t give a glass of tap water unless you order first ! Lol unbelievable pettiness! Got it in a second from Wetsel pretzel !
This is the worst spot to open a Starbucks. Pedestrians pass you by making a very busy and crowded setting. Not a place to have a conversation or a meeting. Just grab and go. Service is OK. Maybe the staff are affected by the levels of noise. I would not blame them if they are making mistakes like other reviewers stated.
My fav place to get breakfast in the morning. Staff is always sweet and welcoming. The orders are always accurate. 💕👍🏻
Wow. Just got refused a cup of water for my child. Told me I had to buy something before I can receive water. I guess Starbucks doesn’t make enough that they need to require a purchase before getting water. Very disappointing.
They usually make everything the same at any branch, but unfortunately this time our frappuccinos were super watered down. The worst I've ever had.
