The staff is always very friendly. There’s never really a long line. I don’t think I’ve waited more than two or three minutes at this location sandwiches to try are the double smoked bacon Open face with a side of Sriracha or the bacon Gouda and now the New drink is that grande double berry matcha, so delicious. Considering the price of everything has gone up Starbucks, pricing has been pretty stable 5 to 7 dollars for a drink and the same for a sandwich. You have to try that Matcha drink literally so good.
I went on my bday to use my coupon they send you. I know it sounds petty, but it would've been nice to hear 1st thing in the am for her to wish me a happy bday. I haven't been to this location before and felt my White Mocha was kind of "weak", good thing it was free lol. Maybe it's a Kent "attitude" or she was just having a bad day herself so I certainly didn't let it ruin my bday. Customer service is one of my biggest pet peeves. As far as atmosphere, I assume they're like all the rest, but I went thru the drive thru.
I've been to this location a few times and have always had great service, great tasting drinks and delicious snacks!
I visited the drive-thru Tuesday morning during a peak period, so I anticipated a bit of a wait. However, the experience quickly soured at the ordering speaker. The employee taking my order seemed extremely frustrated and acted snappily because she was having difficulty hearing me. To be helpful, I raised my volume so she could hear me clearly, but she interpreted my tone as being rude and responded with further attitude.
