I visited the drive-thru Tuesday morning during a peak period, so I anticipated a bit of a wait. However, the experience quickly soured at the ordering speaker. Edited Review: After many years of coming to this Starbucks location, I had a very disappointing experience today. I was sitting in the lobby for about 30 minutes when an employee approached me and told me that the lobby is for customers only, and that I needed to order something or leave. Really? When I asked why, he said this is Starbucks’ rule and that there are no exceptions, even for regular customers. I’ve been coming here for years, and to be treated like this was honestly hurtful. Starbucks shift lead/manager entertained and enabled a person clearly on drugs in their store. Instead of calling the police to help the individual, she gave him a free coffee and let him hunch over and pace around the store while he continued to drop his things and pick them up. And not to mention took his tin foil and a straw into the bathroom for 15 min. Can only imagine what he was doing in there!
