i understand not being able to use the restroom if you don’t buy anything, paying customers only. I get that. And being in kent, i understand there are homeless people that probably try to come in all the time. But when someone needs the restroom before ordering a drink or food while wearing a work uniform, Be civilized and give the code out. Been here multiple times. service is always terrible. Not throwing anyone under the bus but your morning crew needs work. Rude Employees.

Most of my favorite baristas no longer seem to be here! Alice & Amanda & this one other girl whose name I forgot. There's only one girl still here that I really like. Some of the newer people are much ruder or stare at me like I have 2 heads. They're far less personable than the former staff. Starbucks REALLY needs to read the book "Give Them The Pickle", because they are nickel & diming for literally EVERYTHING now. Your prices are already ridiculous!!
