Super rude staff. If you’re waiting for a delivery and ask them about it they will be passive aggressive and make you wait longer.
Girl had serious attitude problem. I ordered two drinks politely. Got them however my coffee was double cupped. I didnt say anything I just removed it and sat it down. She grabbed it and slammed it into the garbage as if I had scolded her for it. I didnt say anything and left.
Today, I ordered 3 cups of Venti Ice Match Latte, the cashier is the white guy with long hair. He took my order, didn’t do it exactly its recipe when he took his order, tried to put full cup of ice, I vividly said no ice, when I say no Ice please, his face was kind of inpatient. I tell him 3 pumps of pistachio sauce and 3 pumps of classic syrup, but he put 4 instead which is too sweet for me. He is working, but I feel like he doesn’t respect his work.
