Can’t give this location any stars. We went through drive thru first time. Waited 20 mins for line to move 1 car. Car in front of us had two small drinks. Then we went in to not be acknowledged at all for 5 minutes waiting to order. Then after that got the order incorrect twice. I wouldn’t bother going to this location. There are others with better service.
I went into the store to get a coffee and waited for nearly five minutes with no greeting or offer of help, even though there were four employees standing around. When I finally asked for assistance, one of the employees said, "I thought you were here for an Uber pickup." I was surprised, because no one had spoken to me or asked me anything to clarify why I was there. I felt ignored and unwelcome.
The service was fine but waiting almost 20 minutes in a drive thru line seems kinda obscene. I've never had a starbucks drive thru take this long
