This was one of the best Starbucks locations I have ever been to. The staff, especially Nate, were so kind and accommodating. I came for some tea and needed a space to work and they all were enthusiastically inviting. I know that Starbucks employees need to know people's names but they really knew everyone's name and even helped another customer take his drink to his car. I, honestly think the vibes at this Starbucks make you feel fantastic. Anyway thank you!
I regularly visit this Starbucks location. However, I have noticed that the level of service and the quality of drinks vary significantly depending on the shift. At times, it feels as though customers are not genuinely welcome. In particular, I would like to point out the experience with employee Rozy. She does not greet customers, the preparation of even a basic Americano often takes more than 10 minutes, and the drink is placed on the counter without any announcement. I waited 15 minutes for my food, and when I went to check on it, it was just sitting next to the oven on a plate getting cold.
