Wow, I just got stuck in the drive through for 45 minutes. Worst service at starbucks in 10 years. When I ordered they did not warn me it would take a while.
This has to be the slowest coffee place I’ve ever been at. I had to walk out of the place today because five people working and nobody wanted to come up and help me as they all just stood around and stared at each other.. this is far the worst place
Barista was very overwhelmed by the volume of orders and the manager seemed more interested in complaining about the volume of customers and berating the bar barista than helping. Barista had to remake several beverages for missing alternate milks or not taking the time to fully read drink requests. Its frustrating to be charged for add ons like extra syrup or shots and not receive them.
