Every time I come to this Starbucks and try to order one of the bakery items I’m unable to because the oven used to warm the food is broke down and has been for over a month. Also the ladies working act like they have no clue what their job is.
I asked an older lady with glasses if they had a grilled cheese and she very rudely told me no. I then moved on to ask for the drink which I seen on tiktok and had different things added in and she proceeded to yell at me and tell me that they dont have that drink. I ended up ordering an ice vanilla matcha instead and when I received it it was basically just foam. After dropping a couple hundred dollars on groceries in Hy-Vee my wife wanted a drink. I guess the kids at Starbucks had a party to get to and shut it down a little early. Just our luck I guess.
