I visited this Starbucks around 10 a.m. and noticed a young cashier who seemed exhausted and unfriendly. Later, I overheard her and an older woman who also worked here gossiping about customers who didn’t greet them when they approached the counter. I believe staff should greet the customers, as we are the ones paying for their services. Customer service should always begin with a greeting from the staff. I won’t be returning to this Starbucks.

No one was working the counter and when I asked the Safeway manager, he told me that the employee could not serve customers at the time. Poor customer service.

We love Starbucks and this is the first negative review for them I have ever given. Coffee (Pike)is always good. Service was an employee that was obviously out of it and in some kind of fog, moving very strangely and exaggeratedly slow. Hope she's ok!

I went this afternoon and the girl who helped me was rude when I tried to ask about caffeine. I said light caffeine on the refresher. It tasted off but I still drank it. I think it had wayyyyy too much caffeine, it’s hours later and my heart is beating like crazy and I feel sick from it.
