I am only giving a couple stars on service because I went to get a drink which was fine (although she was talking to someone for over 5 min) then my family ended up calling wanting drinks so I went back in. She had put up a sign for a 15 min break, I was okay with waiting so I went and bought a few things. She wasn’t back, I went to the car for a little while and she still wasn’t back. Rebecca, Aubrey and Adeline are the best baristas in town! They always greet with a smile and are so nice not only to thier customers but to eachother! Go see them for great vibes and amazing start to your day 😀

I visited this Starbucks around 10 a.m. and noticed a young cashier who seemed exhausted and unfriendly. Later, I overheard her and an older woman who also worked here gossiping about customers who didn’t greet them when they approached the counter. I believe staff should greet the customers, as we are the ones paying for their services. Customer service should always begin with a greeting from the staff. I won’t be returning to this Starbucks.

No one was working the counter and when I asked the Safeway manager, he told me that the employee could not serve customers at the time. Poor customer service.
