I watched a gentlemen literally wait 5 mins while the worker never acknowledged him, not even a single person in line to the point we're he just walked away, this isn't the first time I've seen nasty uncomfortable customer service at this location . Straight disgusting! Morning of September 10 around 7:30 A.m single women that i recall is the nastiest of them all is far as customer service
The matcha is HORRIBLE. Tastes like burnt grass clippings fished out from the underneath of a lawn mower. RARELY have sandwiches and treats in stock!!!
Worst Starbucks; they don’t train their staff adequately and I saw a girl being openly yelled at to the point of tears?! Very unprofessional and does not reflect Starbucks as a whole. Drinks are so inconsistent, I don’t even understand how this isn’t just a “proudly serving” location.
After waiting 8 minutes while a server cleaned the garbage, the barista first did not want to offer a birthday free drink. Then she kept on accusing me of getting it at another location. Just rude and churlish behavior from poorly trained staff. Disappointing experience not usually representative of other Starbucks locations. Seems like a couple of recent reviews have noticed the decline.
Sat there and waited while three people stood around and did very little. Guy working the cashier had no idea how to multitask and could only do one thing at a time. Then decided maybe he should change the rubbish instead of serving me even though I'd been waiting there for a good eight minutes. Only after the line began to get really long did another girl come up and take my order.....
