I have visited twice and the people who have attended us have been very rude, rude, they definitely shouldn't work there
It's located in the grocery store. Sure there are areas to sit. However, with everything on the go and it being Starbucks; there's no reason to sit here honestly. Now maybe people do, but they don't offer lunch and meals (that's just not what they do). Overall 4 Stars: Chains typically are not set apart from each others or themselves. They are familiar on purpose. Marketed and branded as such.
Why is this place open? I'm in the store on a weekly basis and 4 out of 5 times whatever i ask for they're out of. Today, 90 degrees and they're out of cold brew. It summer people stock or close up
Not surprised at the horrid service/personality from people who work for an overpriced+overrated coffee chain that snobs and goody two-shoes gather. My own fault for thinking I'd try out something that caught my eye. Lesson learned.
Be optimistic at best about being served after 7pm (despite having their hours posted as 8pm) and don't ever expect to be served after 7:30pm SHARP. If you don't place an online order by 7:29pm, even if you're nowhere near the store, then don't bother showing up to the store to order in person, even if you'll be there at 7:31pm. On top of that, it's entirely too common to wait 20+ minutes for your order to be made.
