I just experienced the worst customer service.
I am a huge Starbucks fan. I have been to all of the locations on the westbank and this location has always had something different. There was never anything tense when my children might have yelled at the other and I have had zero backup and had to get after them to settle down until we left. I would never go back to this place staff so rude and disrespectful! No manners and drink didn’t taste well
Starbucks corporate needs to evaluate this location IMMEDIATELY! This is the worst Starbucks location I’ve been to. My drink orders are always WRONG no matter what I order and I constantly have to get stuff remade along with LONG wait times. They move entirely too slow. It’s always a hit or miss I can skip weeks and still have something messed up. This location is close to my job and it’s convenient but I will have to travel elsewhere. I have had ENOUGH!
