Every time I go into the Starbucks I order a frap they put in the blender and they forget about it for 5 to 10 minutes and then they say oh sorry about that there are 8 to 9 people working in this place last Sunday I went through the drive-thru because there was no line and I got my frap in about 2 minutes they seem to only concentrate on the drive-thru there's so many people in there working I can't believe this
It's a smaller Starbucks building. Service is fantastic at this location.
had my order taken by a girl named hailey when she got it wrong i correvted her and she rolled her eyes at me. obviously i looked offended by this but didnt say anything. i asked her about points on my app and she ignored me then turned to talk to the other workers. my order was still put in wrong. ill just go to the one on patterson next time
