I haven’t been to a Starbucks in a few years, and when I decided to grab a coffee on the go, I felt very unwelcome. I wasn’t greeted by anyone, and when I approached the register to look at the menu, the woman who helped me didn’t say anything; she just awkwardly stood there as I looked.
