I usually go through drive through but decided to place a mobile order. As I walk in I’m not only not greeted but I’m sitting and I hear my name oddly a few times. As I go to pick up my first drink while I wait for my last drink. I ask the girl why is she saying my name because I can hear her. Her name tag said Haley. The service is always negative. I stopped going to this Starbucks. Went in today to see if it changed.. nope. Idk why at this location Starbuck employees are so rude.
