i’m not sure what has happened to this location, but it’s really bad now. idk if it’s different management or employees, but waiting 20 minutes for a mobile order is a little ridiculous. the drive thru is always backed up, i’ve waited 35 minutes one time and you had people going over the curb cause they were fed up with waiting. i frequent this starbucks A LOT and it used to be so good, so you might want to look into what changed.
Please get your mobile/drive thru orders together. It makes zero sense as to why I’m ordering ahead of time and still have to come inside!!! Just make the drink as if I ordered on the drive thru screen. Ridiculous!
