The Barista Sammy was a great help I ordered at the wrong Starbucks but she helped me replace the order here 10/10 customer service
I visited this location with my daughter and was encouraging her to place her own order so she could practice. During the interaction, I referred to the barista with a pronoun that may not have been correct. If that was the case, it was completely unintentional. However, the reaction eye-rolling and placing the cake pop on the counter in a forceful way felt unprofessional and uncomfortable, especially in front of my child. If i could give this a ZERO star i definitely would . There were many customers waiting for the new Starbucks bear release, but the employees took them all for themselves before any of us had the chance to buy one. This happened during working hours, not on their personal time, which makes it even worse. It’s really disappointing that customers who waited patiently weren’t given a fair chance, while staff prioritized themselves instead.
