If i could give this a ZERO star i definitely would . There were many customers waiting for the new Starbucks bear release, but the employees took them all for themselves before any of us had the chance to buy one. This happened during working hours, not on their personal time, which makes it even worse. It’s really disappointing that customers who waited patiently weren’t given a fair chance, while staff prioritized themselves instead. I swear this Starbucks has the friendliest staff I have ever seen in this franchise. I’m constantly impressed every time I see a new employee. So glad it’s my local shop.
