I got a grande white mocha hot. And I hate it when they don’t fill it to the top. It’s missing a good 2 inches. For the price of the coffee, fill it up please.
Recently I’ve visited the Redbank location, inside and thru the drive thru and I’m a little disappointed at how drastically different the customer service experience is from one interaction to the next. When I come inside I’m greeted warmly and asked for my name and the conversation flows naturally. When I come through the drive thru it always seems like the baristas are rushing the customers and no one asks for or greets me by name anymore.
