I’ve been a regular customer here for a long time, and I used to genuinely enjoy coming to this Starbucks. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. For the past week, my coffee order has been consistently wrong. Despite clearly ordering no ice, they keep putting ice in my drinks. What makes this even more frustrating is that I then have to drive all the way back just to get a simple mistake corrected.
