Service is really very poor. We ordered , Discovery Mag 17.95 Been There Series 12.95 Mini Discovery Series 13.95 9 something for the others. Just found out they didn't return the receipt. We complained the $10 as others and we went back to the cashier to verify what was it for. And she said it was for the tip. We only ordered to go on the items and we were advised it was the tip. Such a pretty starbs.
I’ve been a regular customer here for a long time, and I used to genuinely enjoy coming to this Starbucks. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. For the past week, my coffee order has been consistently wrong. Despite clearly ordering no ice, they keep putting ice in my drinks. What makes this even more frustrating is that I then have to drive all the way back just to get a simple mistake corrected.
