Coffee tasted like straight-up water. They were so busy rushing orders that they forgot what good coffee is supposed to taste like. Slow down and make it right instead of just trying to get people out the door.
This UTC location is very efficient. I appreciate going to Starbucks and experiencing great customer service. Thank you for having an amazing team in place to service such a busy location. You guys are doing awesome. Keep it up!
Requested coffee with an inch from the brim so I could add water. I received no accommodation for that. Server put my cup out with his fingers on the rim (from the top). When I softly told him about the sanitation problem, he said that was the only way he could do it.
What a terrible servis !!!!! Big mass around !!!
