Greedy and rude
The worker Mary was super sweet and extremely fast made my drink Ina min
Nobody really knows what they’re doing except Mary. Waited 20 minutes for a matcha and it was still wrong. Mary came in and saved the day. Mary I love you.
My mom and I were just at this Starbucks a few minutes ago. The lady taking our order was very kind and polite! She was doing an amazing job. I overheard her say she was new and still training. Her coworkers/people training her were extremely rude to her. I am a Starbucks employee myself at another store and my coworkers would never treat me this way. She was great and they were treating her very poorly in front of customers as well.
