We must concurr with all unsavory reviews. My 90 year old mother and I arrive here. No greeting or " can I help you" from black false eyelashed person. Skinny purple hair slid my $6 coffee my way and said to me " you're welcome" before I could say anything. In summary, less than zero interest in performing their required task of customer service at any level. Truly a -0 rating for this crew. They are rude, condescending and certainly an unsightly lot. I only get one beverage at Starbucks. A venti Earl Grey. At this Starbucks, they are truly efficient. But as I waited and waited, I noticed they did not thoroughly clean the blenders in between each use. The sink was very dirty, and no staff seemed concerned to clean it. After 20 minutes, I asked about my order. They were so busy making the coffee orders that nobody made my tea. I got my tea just as the line slowed and the staff seemed to now do a better job with cleaning. I wonder about the beverages served during the rush
Hello, I've never written a complaint anywhere, but this night February 7th 2026 ,I was at the UTC mall, and stopped by Starbucks to get a Danish, there where two ladies behind the pastries, very rude,( no Hello, How can I help you, Nothing) I was just standing there they I finally got her attention for my Danish, very rude!!!
