Waited way too long. I had to go ask where my cappuccino was. Supposed to be medium dry. Wasn't medium dry. Then she told me I didn't make it. Very slow service. I had a Danish that was horrible. I will never come back. Don't waste your money. I usually don't get Starbucks for this same reason.

I put in my mobile order, it said 20 minutes. No problem, at 35 minutes I asked about my order and the guy said there were still 10 people ahead of me but he moved mine to "next". I was still ANOTHER 10 MINUTES to get my grande chai. The barista handed me the drink as soon as it was done, and it still was not hot, only warm.... Just go to a freestanding Starbucks somewhere else. In the time it took to get my drink I could have walked to the next nearest Starbucks, gotten my drink and walked back.

The slowest Starbucks of all time and drinks are always incorrect. Also don’t think they realize it’s a hospital. Most orders are employees. I put my order in and know to add an extra 20 minutes to the time. Guess what still have to wait another 15-20 minutes. While the manager is organizing the cups. The staff seems not to care that you’re standing there. So if anyone is reading this go to Osborn and 7th Ave. More professional, timely and your drinks actually taste good.
