The slowest Starbucks of all time and drinks are always incorrect. Also don’t think they realize it’s a hospital. Most orders are employees. I put my order in and know to add an extra 20 minutes to the time. Guess what still have to wait another 15-20 minutes. While the manager is organizing the cups. The staff seems not to care that you’re standing there. So if anyone is reading this go to Osborn and 7th Ave. More professional, timely and your drinks actually taste good.
The service was not good at all. 20 minutes from ordering I still didn’t have a drink. I don’t blame the staff, I blame management as they are clearly understaffed. Mobile order and do it 30 mins before you want the drink.
Super busy sbux in the hospital and even with that, customer service is top notch. Ian is my favorite at the cash wrap. Great experience.
