This Starbucks on 17th Avenue is easily one of my favorite coffee shops anywhere. Located inside a stunning office building with a beautiful atrium, it has an atmosphere that’s welcoming, energetic, and unlike any typical Starbucks experience. The team here is exceptional. Jack, Dom, Justin, and manager Brian consistently go above and beyond to make every visit memorable. I visited the Starbucks at Atrium Campus downtown before my class. This was my second time at this location, and unfortunately, the service was again unfriendly. I ordered a grande iced Americano. When I first said my order, the barista responded with “What?” in a rude tone. I repeated it slowly, but the drink that was made was a latte or macchiato instead of the iced Americano I ordered. People who work here don’t want to work. Not a soul in there and still waited over 7 min after my expected pick up time for my mobile order. At least 3 people working at the time.
