I visited the Starbucks at Atrium Campus downtown before my class. This was my second time at this location, and unfortunately, the service was again unfriendly. I ordered a grande iced Americano. When I first said my order, the barista responded with “What?” in a rude tone. I repeated it slowly, but the drink that was made was a latte or macchiato instead of the iced Americano I ordered. People who work here don’t want to work. Not a soul in there and still waited over 7 min after my expected pick up time for my mobile order. At least 3 people working at the time.
Rude customer service!
A homeless individual entered the store and stole a couple of items. After the situation deescalated, the customer in front of me asked the cashier “how often does that happen”? He then proceeds to ask, “can’t you just shoot them?” The cashier laughed and said “I wish”. I was disgusted. Why are your staff saying they want to murder homeless people?
There’s a girl working in there that has red hair, and every time I come in, she’s rude slamming things around, has an attitude. Giving people dirty looks. I do not believe that to be professional.
