I often stop at this location for the black tea. This morning however they were out of classic syrup, but I would like to commend Jo, Alex, and Jaz because they went well above and beyond to make sure my tea was still very good. Keep up the awesomeness ladies, thank you very much.
This is my FAVORITE starbucks! The entire staff is always so friendly. They're always busy, but service is usually fast. Great teamwork, they're very efficient! I would love to see more vegan food options on the menu.
This starbucks was really good to go and relax in, good vibes and very friendly employees. They all are very kind and talented in their drink making, as I have never had a drink poorly made that needed more or less of an ingredient. It is a calm environment to study, and a great place to find people you know.
Ordered a Iced Lavender Matcha Latte through the app and when my husband brought it home, I noticed it was missing the Lavender which is the whole reason I ordered it. It is my daughter's favorite drink. I called the same day and spoke with the manager Zack. I explained that we would not be able to get the replacement until the following weekend since my daughter would not be able to get one until then due to our schedules.
