We drove all the way from the East Coast to come see the Sequoia Forest. When we got to the park gate, we were informed we would need chains on our tires if we were to see the trees. With it being so late, we had no time to get chains for the tires and thus, had to turn back. Needless to say this was a great moment of sadness, as seeing the Sequoia Forest has been a lifelong mission. Wish they had customer service awareness, wanted a modified drink that they clearly put on my screen and added my total never did she said they were not able to do it. Waited about 20 minutes in the line just to get to the window and tell me they can’t charge me for it and say well I’m not from this store. Okay never did I ask if you were obviously y’all just don’t care about the customer. The workers are so nice there was this one time I went the workers hooked my drink up with Carmel and crunch they were the best.
