After buying something at the drive-thru, my 8-year-old daughter asked me for water, so I park and we ask for it!!! New to say I’m 100% Starbucks customer!!! The person who helped me ****name EMILY ****asked me if I had bought anything by checking the computer and what I had bought with an attitude making me feel extremely uncomfortable!!! Never in my life has a Starbucks employee treated me rude dammmm, they make you feel comfortable, they always have great customer service!! But not here
Had a great experience this morning! I showed up early for my mobile order and they got it done super fast. Aiden helped me at the drive thru and was very nice.
