as i was chewing on ice, i felt a hard painful crunch sensation on my teeth. i spit it out and see its hard plastic, it has some type of form to it which makes me believe it was from a device in the store. i’m publishing this to maybe bring attention to the environment, be more careful and aware of the surroundings before serving to customers.

After buying something at the drive-thru, my 8-year-old daughter asked me for water, so I park and we ask for it!!! New to say I’m 100% Starbucks customer!!! The person who helped me ****name EMILY ****asked me if I had bought anything by checking the computer and what I had bought with an attitude making me feel extremely uncomfortable!!! Never in my life has a Starbucks employee treated me rude dammmm, they make you feel comfortable, they always have great customer service!! But not here
