The quality of customer service has declined at this location. It looks as though there could potentially be short staff issues as I've encountered on more than one occasion 1 barista during high peak times. It impacts service to the customers causing an increase of mistakes. Customers are required to get what they pay for at all times without having to inform the barista. Interesting management. Don’t feel like they respect their workers all that much. Far from the best Starbucks I’ve been to. If you’re looking for a good one to start your day, I’d suggest anything else in the surrounding area. Hoping to see some changes with their treatment of staff.

They wanted to charge me extra. There was no milk on the table and when I asked for it they spoke rudely to me and asked me for extra money.
I enjoy visiting Starbucks at the wynnewood shopping center. The experience is fantastic, the people are awesome & the coffee is superb.🩷🙏👍
