I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for four years now and always order the same drink. Today I go through and they have a young lady in drive through taking order but says she is not trained on modifications she needs to get someone. Then another women came on the speaker to inform me they couldn’t make my latte the way I get it every single time. I drove away and was very disappointed in the untrained staff working today’s shift. I only have two modifications on a matcha latte, no one else has ever not made my drink.
This store is beautiful inside with plenty of space to sit and relax. Service was quick and although my coffee didn’t taste quite the same as it usually does, it was still hot and fresh, and an overall enjoyable experience.
A well needed respite to take care of some personal business, grab some delicious coffee, & really enjoy my top 1/2 of an Everything Bagel with cream cheese too! Watching my carbs! Both of my orders were wrong and I asked for light ice and was refused light ice. I think her name was Kelliee, what’s rude and unprofessional
