Poor new girl was staffed alone and didn't know any of the drinks. My order took 20 min and no one was in front of me. They should properly staff training someone new. A couple people left it took so long
Girl behind the counter has zero sense of urgency.
Los mejores coffi
Me and my sister came in for her birthday I usually get an apple crisp macchiato but was told that it was discontinued even tho it’s still served at every other location. My sister tried getting her free drink and the lady was very rude to her about it raising her voice and giving attitude just because my sister didn’t know what to scan! I get being upset working holidays but I’m a nurse as well and work holidays and never treat anyone like that! Was very disappointed because last year the employees were extremely nice.
