I give it a 1 star due to discrimination. I bought and drank my coffee, then asked if the bathroom was open only to be told it's only for customers as if I wasn't. I had just spent $7 on a dang coffee. Unacceptable by staff and ownership. I gave them my Starbucks card back to them that had $12 on it still because I don't go to places that discriminate.
I am an Uber eats driver I was there picking up an order. I walked in and stood at the counter. The young lady never greeted me or said anything to me as I stood there and waited. I finally seen another gentleman walk up to the register when I told him I was there to pick up an order he checked to see if my order was ready and he said that it was waiting on one item. Delicious Sweet Vanilla Cold Brew.
I’ve been to this Starbucks multiple times. My most recent experience I gave the lady 10$ my drink was about 6$. She shut the window and walked off. Didn’t even hand me my change or offer it. I always tip but a 4$ tip without even asking me seems a bit ridiculous. I should be receiving my change and if I decide to tip I can but I shouldn’t be forced. The experience put me off I probably won’t return. The drink was fine overall.
The website says they are open until 6 pm however they turned my family down at 2 o’clock and made our family leave. I ask the man that answered the phone what his name was and he said it was none of my business then hung up on me.
