I wish I could give zero stars for service. Unbelievably incompetent staff who stood there and ignored me as I waited over 15 minutes for my order. Others in line had to deliberately ask for their orders because the team members were ignoring them and not making any eye contact. Management should be ashamed.
For the number of staff members they have here at this Starbucks, the service is consistently subpar. Super slow and rarely are they really sorry. They throw out the perfunctory apology, but no one is really acting like they care about the fact that it takes longer to make the drink than it did for you to eat your full meal.
The girl at the window was flustered and very rude. I asked to add a cake pop and she point blank said “no” and refused. I guess this location isn’t into making money. Very dissatisfied and wouldn’t go back.
