I came at 7:55ish on 3/20/2026 and asked for 4 Venti waters along with my coffee order and as soon as I asked they said they can only do grande because of spring break and that question immediately triggered the male because once I asked if I could purchase the cups his voice got louder like if I was inconveniencing him. Drive thru service was extremely rude. We had 3 mobile orders labeled for drive thru pick up. The man told us through the speaker that we were only allowed to pick up two mobile orders through the drive thru (weirdest rule ever) we asked him why and he snapped back and said it's just policy. Overall we were able to walk inside and pick up our order but if we have ordered it for drive thru pick up, then we should be able to get it through drive thru.
The coffee tasted amazing! I love Starbucks!
