Rude workers, slow, and they are too lazy to do paperwork to allow flash card to be tapped anymore. It’s an extreme inconvenience for people running late and just trying to get a coffee
Partner numbers are not accepted, which I expected. However I expect, especially when I have to pay full price, that I get what I paid for. For one, I asked for light ice, it even says so on the label. Cup was filled to the top. Even worse, I paid for cold foam. They put ice to the top and didn’t leave room for the cold foam, so I got max 2 sips for $1.25 extra. I urge you to please just walk across the street to the corporate location where standards are way higher.
I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch with oatmilk and NO whipped cream. The barista even repeated it back. They gave me extra whipped cream dude. This is like the third time this has happened.
The server was very quick and friendly.
