I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch with oatmilk and NO whipped cream. The barista even repeated it back. They gave me extra whipped cream dude. This is like the third time this has happened.
The server was very quick and friendly.
Pros: drinks are always good, as is the service. Cons: they are often out of certain baked goods, and the wait can be pretty long.
