Very disappointing experience at the Starbucks inside Target in Chester. They are supposed to be open until 8:00 p.m., but when I arrived at 7:50 to order just one coffee, I was told they couldn’t make any drinks because everything had already been put in the dishwasher. If the equipment is shut down and drinks can’t be made before the posted closing time, then they are not truly open until 8. Customers should be able to rely on the hours that are advertised.
My husband picked up this order and he didn’t notice that there was a bug in one of the drinks. There’s a sticker on the hole so you KNOW it came from the store. 😩😩
The staff were very friendly and personable.
