I am so disappointed every time I come here. As someone that gets Starbucks almost daily from a variety of locations, to consistently have poorly made drinks and bad service from one location is really disappointing. Honestly I find it worth it to drive an additional 15 minutes to Kalamazoo and after the experience I had tonight, I will be doing so whenever possible.
Great Starbucks location Emma and Wendy are the reason to stop by! Always a quality drink and a smile!
