This branch is located in the Louisville Marriott Downtown. It is awesome as I expect Starbucks to consistently be. My barista Haley was so fun and friendly too!
It was busy with a lot of business conferences going on- but timely and efficient- the one thing they need to do- possibly across the board- is not lose the customer service and SMILES when providing their service! Efficiency does not have to be the eradicator of Customer Service and Kindness
Mari was spectacular! I stayed at a sister property but needed my BOSE with CF everyday and she made it a delightful experience each time—always remembering name.
