I had a really disappointing experience here today. We placed an order through the mobile app, and from the very beginning the customer service was rude. My daughter needed to use the restroom and they refused to let her go until we showed proof of our mobile order. That alone felt unnecessary and unfriendly. Then, when our drinks were finally being made, it took a long time even though it wasn’t busy (around 3:30 pm).
