Just went here on 3/31/2026 around 9pm and ordered a chai latte. The employee seemed confused and mentioned making it with milk—I confirmed that’s exactly what I wanted and even pointed to the picture on the screen. However, she still ended up making a plain chai tea with a tea bag and water instead. It was frustrating, especially since there was clearly a picture of the drink displayed. Not a good experience at this one , ran out of food options by 1030am and the manager TJ was not accommodating. Love starbucks , just not this one. Starbucks in Cabana Bay was great . Very accommodating and great customer service.

Meine Bestellung habe ich schriftlich abgegeben und sie war trotzdem falsch und hat überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Außerdem habe ich 3$ mehr bezahlt als in anderen Starbucks obwohl ich immer das gleiche bestelle. Es gab auch keine Rechnung.
This is a pretty decent, and clean Starbucks inside the sunset lounge honestly being pretty fast in wait times. Additionally it’s usually not that crowded, except for specific peak times like the morning.
