This place is insane!!
I really hate coming to this location. Every time I visit, my requests are ignored. This time I asked for light ice and still got a drink with full of ice — around 70% ice and barely any matcha. It’s frustrating when customer preferences aren’t taken seriously. Definitely won’t be coming back.
