Ordered 2 coffees. Used drive thru. Had to repeat order many times. When we got the order it was wrong. Had to be somewhere or we would have taken them in.
Drive thru has big problems. The speaker has "feedback squeal"; perhaps that is why the employee got the order so very WRONG. Even missed on my name. At 05:45 AM, we were the only car there. I should have looked at the sticker before we drove off. Didn't drink the blonde? Crap that we got. Happy Monday 8( Lemon loaf was good.
I am compelled to formally document and warn others regarding the egregiously unprofessional conduct I recently encountered at this Starbucks location. The individual employed there demonstrated behavior that falls alarmingly short of even the most basic standards of customer service, professionalism, and respect. This is the BEST Starbucks in the afternoon. The crew is always ready with a smile and my drink. Mars especially made my day with her OUTSTANDING customer service. She also makes the best latte I have ever had. She took time to ask how my day was and talk to my dogs. Wow is all I can say!
