2/25/26 3:00pm. Absolutely horrible experience. I was lied to and refused service. After shopping with my Daughter we decided to grab a cake pop. There was only 1 in the case and that was perfect. Well not only did we get ignored by one worker, the second worker came over and told me they were out of cake pops when they clearly had one… after pointing it out she smirked at me and said sorry and that they were still out. Rude workers, especially one of the two females on shift today. Refused to give the lady in front of me a cake pop, she said sorry we are all out, even thought it was in plain sight. Definitely not coming back, I'll even shop at another grocery store to avoid this place.
I used to love this place, but my experience today was disappointing. Between 1:30 and 1:50, Alex handed me my drink, which had milk and caramel syrup all around the cup, making it difficult to pick up. I kindly asked if the outside could be wiped off, but she immediately rolled her eyes and sighed heavily. I reassured her that I didn’t want to make her job harder; I just couldn’t handle the sticky cup.
