I used to love this place, but my experience today was disappointing. Between 1:30 and 1:50, Alex handed me my drink, which had milk and caramel syrup all around the cup, making it difficult to pick up. I kindly asked if the outside could be wiped off, but she immediately rolled her eyes and sighed heavily.
