Coffee is awesome
I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich but received a sausage and egg instead. I went back to have it corrected, and they said they made a new one — but that clearly wasn’t the case. I’m a vegetarian, and when I bit into the sandwich, it was covered in sausage grease and tasted like it was the same egg. Fast, friendly service... I don't make it to coffee shops often but needed one this morning and this was a best experience because of the ease to order/check out and move on ...
This is my usual spot. Today I had ordered ahead and was in no rush at all. Who I assume is the manager came and handed me my drink with a reminder that “the usual wait time is 9-12 minutes.” I really didn’t ask and it came off super passive aggressive. Felt unnecessary and I’m just writing this hoping they can be a bit more mindful at how they come across. Love this Starbucks and always pride myself on being a good customer. Feel like this was an unnecessary miscommunication.
