I’m typically not one to leave bad reviews and I apologize if this isn’t the correct website. My complaint is about the Starbucks location inside Smiths North Ogden. Associate Alyssa was closing the store. I was in line at 7:47 pm and waited for her to finish doing dishes to be polite. She acknowledged me at 7:50 pm. Just to tell me that she’s closed. I asked her what time she closed and she said 7:50 pm. even though the website and the sign on the counter states 8:00pm. I understand coming close to closing time can be frust... read more
Laura is AMAZING! I came here with my boyfriend to get some drinks after a long day and she was so so so kind. I was unsure about a drink and she was able to lead me in the right direction and made sure I liked it. Genuinely the best experience I have ever had at ANY starbucks. She was awesome!!

I ordered oatmeal via Uber eats and it doesn't prompt you to make a selection for a topping, so I was unaware you had to pick one ! That being said they didn't give me any! Instead they left me a note telling me to make a selection which I found odd because I can't go back and make a selection. They could've told the person picking up my order and they couldn't asked me via text but noooooo.. so now I paid for flavorless oatmeal. I've worked fast food and I get it when there's a huge rush trying to finish orders, it can be difficult to get to everyone and sometimes you have to hold the line up front. However, if I'm cleaning or trying to close because there is no orders and a customer comes I IMMEDIATELY stop and take their order.
