i only come to starbucks for their matcha. i ordered a matcha w/ oat milk, lite ice, brown sugar syrup, chocolate cold foam, and caramel drizzle. i know it’s a lot, and i can give some grace when it comes to missing a detail… but i did not get oat milk, my cold foam sank into the drink and I couldn’t taste it at all, and there was no caramel drizzle… i work in customer service so I totally understand mistakes happen, but this location has messed up my drink multiple times. if I’m paying $8 for a drink I want at least some co... read more
Amazing customer service!
I'm generally not a big fan of Starbucks. Too expensive. And too often wayyyy too political. But...this experience was delightful. Jay with his beautiful green eyes was so helpful and kind! My drink was perfect. Hot chi tea with extra chi. The bagel toasted smeared! I even gave a tip! This Starbucks in North Ogden rocks.
